Ortencia is a very sweet lady. She did my 15th back in the days and now I found her to do my wedding as well. She is located in 8th St and 32nd. The shop is not all that fab but she does an amazing job. My wedding dress cost $5000 and she is making it for under $800.00 with tela and all.. My bridesmaid cost $450 and she is making them for $120.. She is also making my moms for $200.00...She does great work. She is old school and knows what she is doing.... Give her a call if you want a beautiful fitted dress at a great price.
